Construction works at SITTEC Ltd. production site

Construction works at SITTEC titanium coagulant industrial production site in the Komi Republic are being carried out in accordance with the construction schedule.

March-April 2012 are witnessing active construction works on technological facilities of SITTEC Ltd. production complex at the construction site of titanium coagulant production in the Ukhta region in the Komi Republic. Metal constructions, wall panels, roofs are being installed and other works are being carried out in accordance with the construction and installation works schedule.

Materials and equipment are being supplied by Ukhta enterprises as well as by the leading industrial equipment manufacturers.

The leading Russian scientific and design organizations have designed on SITTEC Ltd.’s request unique non-standard equipment for principal technological processes. The equipment is produced in Russia and partially abroad.

The quality of construction and installation works and the production of equipment are being supervised on SITTEC Ltd.’s request by Engineering Gas System LLC ( – a special company with much experience, qualified stuff as well as with licences required by Russian laws and international standards.

SITTEC Ltd., which is part of IFD Kapital Group, is realizing the project of building up titanium coagulant production on the basis of Yarega oil and titanium resource (the Ukhta Region, the Komi Republic, the Russian Federation). Titanium coagulant is an innovative highly effective chemical for drinking water production, and industrial and municipal waste water treatment. The superior removal capacity of titanium coagulant is accounted for by the high adsorption capacity of titanium containing phases in the product, which has significant technical and economic advantages over other coagulants.
