SITTEC expands international economic and scientific cooperation
On 29 June, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Komi Republic, and SITTEC CJSC adopted a joint project aimed at introducing the innovative Russian titanium-based water purification technology on Malaysian market.
The programme scheduled for 2016-2018 includes introduction of SITTEC’s innovative product and its advantages to Malaysian businesses, participation of SITTEC in specialized exhibitions, meetings with government agencies dealing with water resource management (National Water Service Commission – SPAN), state and commercial enterprises, as well as titanium coagulant tests at Malaysian water treatment facilities, and related research activities.
The important part of the programme is SITTEC’s participation in the intergovernmental commissions of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and inclusion of information about SITTEC’s support in the final documents of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic, as well as Scientific Cooperation. The programme also covers support of SITTEC’s participation in tenders for water purification reagents supply (for treatment of household and drinking water, municipal water, natural water, as well as industrial process and municipal wastewater, including treatment of boiler water, feed and process water for heat and power stations).
SITTEC Ltd., which is part of IFD Kapital Group, carries out titanium coagulant production on the basis of Yarega oil and titanium resource (the Ukhta Region, the Komi Republic, the Russian Federation). Titanium coagulant is an innovative highly effective chemical for drinking water production, and industrial and municipal wastewater treatment. The superior removal capacity of titanium coagulant is accounted for by the high adsorption capacity of titanium containing phases in the product, which has significant technical and economic advantages over other coagulants.
